Turnover Specialist (Cleaner)

Experience

  • 2+ years housekeeping experience in the hospitality sector preferred, but full training will be given.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Can make a bed hotel-style and perform excellent staging, set-up and guest-prep

must haves

  • Positive attitude, happy and motivated

  • Pass criminal background check and have a clean driving record

  • Pass a drug test

  • Provide proof of your legal authorization to work in the United States

  • Reliable personal transportation

  • Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance

  • Have a flexible schedule

aDDITIONAL Attributes

  • Study our housekeeping & cleaning guidebook and pass our exam

  • Successfully complete a three-stage cleaning training process

  • Ability to: climb stairs, bend over from the waist, get down on knees and reach overhead

  • Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
